RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please refer to the following policies and procedures for returns or exchanges.

When making a return please login to your account and request a return.

Furniture Returns/Exchange

  • You may exchange your furniture if it has not been delivered and not installed.
  • Any manufacturing defect claims will be examined and verified by our quality control department.
  • Display last pieces and clearance items are sold as is and cannot be exchanged.
  • Custom orders and mattresses will not be exchanged.

Home Accessories Returns/Exchange

  • You may exchange home accessories items within 14 days of delivery date
  • Items returned must be in their original packaging and in salable condition
  • For hygienic reasons towels cannot be exchanged

Sanitary and Tiles:

  • You may exchange items within 14 days of purchase date.
  • You may exchange undelivered items up to 30 days from purchase date.
  • Any manufacturing defect claims will be examined and verified by our quality control department.
  • Display last pieces and clearance items are sold as is and cannot be exchanged.
