When applying for credit you are required to bring your Civil ID and salary certificate.

Delivery & Refunds

Does Safat Home Offer Free Delivery & Installation?

At Safat Home, we offer our customers free delivery and installation of all our products. Take advantage of our services and rest assured that we will put our hearts into making your house feel like a home. Spend at least 20 KD on Safat Home website and enjoy premium free delivery service. A small fee of KD 2 will be applied to deliveries less than KD 20. For your convenience, our delivery time is 2-3 days.

What is the return policy on delivered items?

1.Furniture item delivered but still in the box
If it is in-box and the item is in its original status, it can be returned within 15 days from the delivery.

2. Furniture item delivered and installed
We provide  up to 1 year from the delivery or depending on the manufacturer warranty period, otherwise there is no return. 

3.Tiles delivered
Within 15 days it can be returned for cash or exchange, after 15 to 30 days it can only be exchanged.

4.Sanitary delivered
Can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

How can I receive my refund when purchasing online?

Refund to your bank account: Your amount would be refunded back to your bank account. Though this might take a bit longer due to banking processes and internal formalities.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Most banks refunds account take around 4-6 weeks for processing due to internal bank related processes.  Don’t worry your money is safe!


Does Safat Home offer warranty services?

Yes. Safat Home has a one year manufacturer’s warranty on furniture with an option to purchase three or five year extended warranties, giving you the assurance that your furniture will be well protected and can be enjoyed for years to come.

What does the warranty policy include?

We cover structural defects of the frameworks.

Any separation of parts due to product defect.

Supplier defects or issues.

What not the warranty policy includes?

Misuse of product isn’t included in the warranty.
