Thank you for choosing our products. Below are the warranty terms for items featured on our website. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only and is subject to the terms set by each brand.
1. Furniture
- Made in China Furniture: 1-year warranty
- All Other Furniture including products from Turkish brand Cilek: 2-year warranty
2. Mattresses
- Warranty ranges from 1 to 10 years , depending on the brand and product specifications. Please check the product page or contact customer service for details on 1838883.
3. Tiles
- LVT & Parquet Flooring: 10-year warranty
- All Other Tiles: No warranty
4. Sanitary
Warranty for sanitary products varies by brand and product type:
- Ceramic parts are generally covered for up to 10 years.
- Accessories, mixers, cistern mechanisms, electronic components, and bathroom furniture typically have warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you need to make a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us:
- Call our customer service team at 1838883 (9 AM – 7 PM)
- Or visit any Safat Home showroom (9 AM – 10 PM)
What You’ll Need:
- Original Safat Home invoice showing the extended warranty purchase if applicable
- Your mobile contact number
Once we receive your request, our team will contact you within 2 working days to advise on the next steps. A qualified technician may inspect the item on-site to assess the issue. If off-site repair is required, the item will be collected free of charge.
Please report damage within 7 days of occurrence to remain eligible for warranty service. Most repairs are completed within 30 days of claim submission, though delays may occur due to external factors.
What’s Covered
- Cracks, peeling, or structural defects in leather furniture
- Frame defects such as warping or part separation
- Breakage or bending of metal parts, mechanisms, or springs
- Loss of foam resiliency in cushions
- Damage to wood surfaces (e.g., dents, peeling)
What’s Not Covered
- General wear and tear or cosmetic issues
- Stains from bodily fluids, oils, or harsh chemicals
- Damage caused by pets, misuse, abuse, or improper cleaning
- Products sold as-is (clearance, or final pieces)
- Damage resulting from non-authorized repair attempts
- Furniture used outdoors, in commercial settings, or in storage/transit
Important Information
- The warranty begins on the delivery date and includes the 1-year manufacturer warranty.
- Warranties are non-refundable and non-transferable.
