Is it safe to shop on safathome.com and the Safat Home App?

Yes. We use industry-standard security protocols, including SSL encryption, to ensure your personal and payment information is fully protected. Our website and app are regularly monitored and updated for maximum security.

How do I know if a product is available?

Each product page displays stock availability, or you can check with our chatbot for assistance.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive email and/or SMS updates at key stages: order confirmation, dispatch, and out for delivery. You can also log in to your account on the website or app to view your order status.

Delivery & Installation

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free delivery on orders of 20 KD or more. A delivery fee of 2 KD applies to orders under 20 KD. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Do you offer free installation?

Yes. Installation is included with your purchase of eligible furniture and large items. Our team will ensure proper setup and assembly at your location.

Please note that installation of sanitary ware and parquet flooring is available at an additional cost.

Do you deliver outside Kuwait?

Yes. We now offer delivery for selected accessories to all GCC countries.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unused condition and in original packaging. Some exceptions apply (see below).

  • Furniture (not installed): Returnable within 15 days if in original box and unused.
  • Furniture (installed): Not returnable. Covered under warranty.
  • Tiles: Returnable within 15 days for a full refund, or within 30 days for exchange only.
  • Sanitary products: Returnable within 15 days if unused.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. installed products, towels, and any hygiene-related items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How do I return an item?

contact customer service. We'll guide you through the return process and arrange pickup if eligible.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. For bank card payments, the amount will be returned to your bank account.

Yes. Safat Home’s Projects Center offers turnkey furnishing solutions for villas, offices, hotels, ministries, schools, and more—from design to installation.
