Delivery & Installation Policy
At Safat Home, we’re here to make your shopping experience as convenient and stress-free as possible. From delivery to installation, our services are designed with your comfort in mind.
Delivery Across Kuwait
We offer delivery to all locations across Kuwait, with the following terms:
- Free Delivery on all orders of 20 KD or more.
- For orders below 20 KD, a delivery fee of 2 KD applies.
Installation Services
- Furniture installation is free.
- Sanitary and parquet installation is offered at an additional cost.
- Installation is completed in your chosen location as long as it is deemed safe and suitable.
- If the location is not suitable, the customer will be asked to suggest an alternative.
- If you insist on installing in an unsuitable area, our team will document the concern and request your written approval before proceeding.
- Safat Home is not responsible for any damage caused by drilling, such as hitting water pipes, electrical wiring, or wall damage.
- Mirrors will not be installed on walls under any circumstance.
