KFH Baitak Rewards Voucher T&C:

1. -This offer is valid only for KFH customers enrolled in the Baitak Rewards program who redeem their Baitak Rewards points for a Safat Home voucher through the KFH Rewards platform.
2. - Vouchers can be redeemed at all Safat Home showrooms and online at safathome.com and the Safat Home app.
3. - Promotion period: 1 Jan 2026 – 30 June 2026.

How to Use Your Voucher:

1. - In store: Show your valid voucher code (redeemed from the KFH Baitak Rewards platform) at checkout to apply the voucher value.
2. - Cashier will add the voucher code to your invoice.
3. - Online: Enter your voucher code at checkout on the Safat Home website or app.

Key Details:

1. - Vouchers are valid on all items, including discounted products.
2. - The maximum discount per order is limited to the value of your voucher.
3. - Each voucher code is unique, valid for one-time use only, and expires 2 months from the date of issue.
4. - KFH employees may use the vouchers, however staff discounts cannot be combined with this offer.
5. - Offer is not valid for:
1. o B2B customers
2. o Designers or builders
3. o Any other ongoing long-term promotions
6. - For purchases, Apple Pay and other digital wallets may not be accepted. Please use your physical KFH card.

Returns & Refunds:

1. - If you return an item, the voucher value is non-refundable.
2. - Only the amount paid after the voucher deduction will be refunded.
